Banana Cucumber Raita | Raita Recipe Served With Biryani Pulao
Ingredients
1 cup homemade curd (dahi) or yogurt
1 small chopped banana
1 small deseeded chopped cucumber
2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
Salt
1 tsp honey
1 tsp crushed yellow mustard seeds
Half tsp crushed pepper corn
Mix all the ingredients and serve chilled
Serve with pulao, biryani or paratha
This recipe is very healthy and gut friendly. The freshness of cucumber and sweetness of banana make this dish very delicious and spices especially mustard seeds gives unique taste.
This dish can be served on upvas also.
