Blanched Spinach – 1 Cup
Blanched green beans – 1/2 cup
Blanched green peas – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Ginger – 1 inch (chopped)
Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Black salt – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Aamchur powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Roasted besan – 3 tbsp
Roasted oats flour – 3 tbsp
Cashew nuts as required (halved)
Oil/ghee for shallow frying
