Sticking to a diet can be one of the hardest challenges, especially when tempting foods and drinks are everywhere! On top of that, even without temptations, we often end up eating less-than-ideal foods because we’re in a rush, have limited options, or even skip meals altogether.
What’s helped me stay consistent is preparing in advance. When life gets busy or I’m surrounded by temptations, having something pre-made keeps me on track. It prevents hunger or lack of preparation from derailing my fitness goals. Planning ahead ensures I always have a better option, no matter the situation!
