Dahi Tadka Sandwich 🥪🔥

Ingredients:
Bread slices (4-6)
Curd (1 cup, thick & fresh)
Mustard seeds (1 tsp)
Curry leaves (5-6)
Chopped green chilies (2-3)
Finely chopped onion (1 small)
Chopped coriander (2 tbsp)
Grated ginger (1 tsp)
Salt to taste
Red chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Ghee or butter for toasting
Recipe:
1️⃣ Take thick curd in a bowl, whisk it until smooth. Add chopped onion, green chilies, grated ginger, coriander, salt, and red chili powder. Mix well.
2️⃣ Heat a tadka pan, add 1 tsp ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and let them splutter. Pour this flavorful tadka into the curd mixture and mix gently.
3️⃣ Spread this spicy curd mixture evenly on bread slices. Cover with another slice.
4️⃣ Heat a pan, add ghee or butter, and toast the sandwich until golden and crispy.
5️⃣ Cut into triangles, serve with ketchup or green chutney, and enjoy the magic!
