Ingredients:

1 cup roasted makhana (fox nuts)

1 small cucumber, finely chopped

1 medium carrot, finely grated

1 small tomato, finely chopped (remove seeds for less moisture)

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp roasted peanuts

1 tbsp tamarind chutney (use a low-sugar version)

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, and black salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, add roasted makhana, chopped cucumber, grated carrot, chopped onion, and tomato.

2. Add the roasted peanuts for extra crunch and protein.

3. Drizzle tamarind chutney and lemon juice over the mixture.

4. Season with salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, and black salt. Mix everything well.

5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
