Cherry Pepper Relish Smash Burger!
When I first started losing weight I ate this for dinner every night for about 3 months 😂
On tonight’s menu it’s a double bacon smash burger with a homemade cherry pepper relish. I could eat the relish with anything. Jam packed with protein and low carb if you’re using keto bread from aldis like me 🤷🏼♂️ I’ll list the recipe and ingredients below! Love you
The relish is just finely chopped jarred sweet cherry peppers.
Take the half pound of beef and roll it into two balls. Smash them down and add salt and pepper. Thinly slice an onion and turn a pan on medium high heat. Throw the beef patties down and smash the onions into them. Flip after a couple minutes. Cool for another two minutes. You can cook the bacon however you prefer. Once the meat is done assemble that little hog and enjoy.
Ingredients
1/2 pound 80/20 ground beef
Salt
Pepper
Aldis keto white bread
1 tbsp Light mayo
4 chopped sweet cherry peppers (comes in glass jar in pickle section)
2 slices smoked Gouda cheese
3 slices bacon cut in half
Thinly sliced onion
