INGREDIENTS

10 medium dates
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Mashed sweet potato
1/2 cup natural nut butter
1/4 cup @legion Caramel protein powder

1/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp walnuts
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

•Soak your dates in boiling water and let sit.
•Cook your sweet potato (I stabbed and microwaved for about 5 minutes until soft.)
•Add your sweet potato, protein powders, nut butter, maple syrup, and almond flour to a blender and blend until just smooth
•Line your parchment paper with some protein powder and pour in mixture.
•If sticky, add some protein powder on top before pressing down.
•Blend your dates and some water until smooth and spread on top
•Add your walnuts
•Melt your chocolate and coconut oil and spread evenly on top followed by some salt
•Store in the fridge or freezer depending on desired consistency, cut into desired slices and enjoy!
