Khagina ✨️ This dish is a bit similar to Shakshuka but with a more spicy twist. I came across this dish a few days back and after giving it a try, I’m simply in love with the amazing flavours! If you’re a fan of spicy food or love savoury breakfast then this is the perfect recipe for you!
Ingredients:
2 medium sized eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 medium sized onion, sliced
2 green chillies, halved
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves, chopped
Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger-garlic paste and saute until golden.
2. Add the sliced onion and chillies to the pan and saute until golden. Crack in the eggs and cook covered for 2-3 minutes on low-flame.
3. Crush the garlic coarsely and add the chilli powder with 3-4 tbsp water and mix well until combined.
4. Spread the chilli garlic mixture on the semi-cooked eggs and cook again covered for 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve hot with toasted bread. Enjoyy!!
