1 cup boiled kidney beans
1 cup boiled peas
1 big boiled and mashed potatoes
Grated carrots
1 cup chopped broccoli
Chopped onion and green onion
1 tbsp crushed ginger chilli
Coriander leaves
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chaat masala or 1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame seeds
3/4 cup gram flour ( besan)
Salt to taste
Oil
Cosori Air Fryer: set for 18 minutes at 120 degree c
