This easy and delicious tandoori spread elevates any dish from breakfast to dinner and turns it into a protein packed flavor explosion. You can incorporate it in ton of recipes and make them taste absolutely delicious. It is super easy to make at home with basic ingredients.

High protein tandoori spread
Ingredients
Paneer or cottage cheese 100 gms
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Tandoori masala 1.5 tbsp
Green chilies 2-3
Garlic 2 cloves
Roasted dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Cilantro handful
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
Add a little milk if required to blend

Method:
Put everything in a blender and blend. Store it in airtight container in refrigerator for upto 15 days.

For salad dressing:
Add equal part of yogurt/Greek yogurt or mayonnaise to the tandoori spread.
For Dip:
Add equal part of mayonnaise+ 1/2 part tomato ketchup
