Easy layered chia pudding parfait
Ingredients:
chia milk pudding;
3 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup milk ( any milk of your choice )
1 tablespoon honey ( any sweetener of your choice )
mix well
keep in fridge 1-2 hours
Raspberry yogurt pudding;
1 cup frozen-fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup greek natur-plain yogurt
3 tablespoon chia seeds
mix well.
Keep in fridge for 1-2 hours.

Toppings:
granola
coconut flakes.

PS my glass content 150 ml.It doesn’t meant a 6 Tablespoon of chia pudding you eat in one time. I made each 3 Tablespoon of chia seeds in every recipe but it doesn’t meant I put in one of this glass.
