🧂 1 teaspoons rock salt

1️⃣ Toast the Quinoa
• Rinse 2 cups of quinoa to remove bitterness.
• Dry roast in a pan for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden. Set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables & Spices
• Heat another pan on medium flame.
• Add cumin seeds and roast until aromatic.
• Add curry leaves, green chilies, beans, carrots, and peas. Stir well for 2-3 minutes.

• Add rock salt and mix well.
