The High-Protein Breakfast I Literally DREAM About 👇

There’s nothing better than a breakfast that makes you EXCITED to get out of bed in the morning. I go through breakfast “phases” and I’m currently obsessed with this one – the best/worst part is my kids love it too, so if they’re up early I have to share with them 😂

My MVP Bagel Breakfast Sandwich (+37 grams protein!!)

✅3 Eggs (+18 grams protein, I save time in the morning by meal prepping a batch of the Cottage Cheese Egg Bites from therealfooddietitians to use!)
✅2 Breakfast Sausages (+8 grams protein, we use and love Jones Dairy Farm sausages!)
✅Everything Bagel (+9 grams of protein)
✅1/2 Avocado (+2 grams protein)

💥TOTAL = 37 grams of protein!!
