Ingredients:
*1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
*1/3 cup raspberries (crushed)
*drizzle of honey
*1 scoop vanilla protein powder
*2 tsp lemon juice
*3 fresh strawberries (sliced)
*1 tbsp freeze-dried raspberries (coarsely chopped)
*1 tbsp pistachios (coarsely chopped)

Instructions:
-Mix yogurt with protein powder, mashed raspberries, honey, and lemon juice.
-Spread into an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
-Top with chopped strawberries, raspberries, and pistachios.
-Freeze until firm, then break into pieces & enjoy!

Ingredients:
*1 cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
