This is one of the easiest and most delicious recipes. It’s such a great way to get in fibre to your diet to keep you fuller longer, your gut happy and keep you regular 💩

Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin seed flour (blend pumpkin seeds to become a flour but be mindful not to overdue it that it becomes butter)
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup Coconut flour
1/3 cup Psyllium husk powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 cups warm water
*optional dried or fresh rosemary to top it with*

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl and mix well. Add wet and mix until well combined.
3. Add to loaf pan (I used a cast iron style one and used a little coco oil but you could use a silicone baking sheet or parchment). I topped with lots of dried rosemary and extra sea salt.
4. Bake on bottom rack for 60 minutes. *I like the inside slightly on the moister side so if you want it crunchier on outside and less moist then cook for 70 minutes*
5. Let cool for 20-30 mins and enjoy with your favourite toppings.

*store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze*
