Ingredients
1. Egg 1
2. Salt – ¼ tsp.
3. Pepper powder – ½ tsp.
4. Garam masala – ½ tsp.
5. Deseeded and chopped tomato – 1.
6. Coriander leaves
7. Oats premix – ½ cup.
8. Water –
9. Oil – 1 tbsp.
Points to remember:
1. Add the egg mixture only after the oil is hot .
2. Cook the omelette covered at low heat always.
3. Chop the tomato after deseeding.
