Kothamalli keerai kadaiyal:

Kothamalli 2 cups finely chopped
Shallots 10 to 15 nos.(If needed can add more )
Garlic 5 to 6 nos. (If needed can add more )
Green chilli 1no.
Pasiparuppu 1/2 cup
Tomato 2 nos.
Red chilli powder 1/2 sp,coriander powder 1 sp ,hing little
Turmeric 1/2 spoon

For Tampering
Mustard
Urad dal
Redchilli
Curry leaves

Method
Cook the moong dal while cooking add turmeric too once cooked and keep aside

In the pan add 1 sp oil and add finely chopped garlic, green chilli ,onion,tomatoes , and then add chilli powder and coriander powder satute well lastly add the chopped coriander leaves mix well and finally add the boiled moong dal
Lastly tamper it with above said one
switch off the flame

Ready to serve with hot rice and goes good with chapathi too
