Mom’s Healthy Hummus Recipe:
4 oz. cooked garbanzo beans
2 1/2 oz tahini paste
2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 oz olive oil
5 oz protein powder (add about 1 1/2 C. Water as you pulse)

Mom uses Amway’s Nutrilite Plant Protein Powder

Healthy Sandwich Recipe:
1/2 C. hummus
green apple
spinach leaves
tomato
carrots
avocado
Red onion
