Serves 2

Tri bell peppers
3-4 broccoli florets
200g Tofu
Just a spray of oil
Udon noodles(Sakura udon noodles)

Seasonings
Onion
Garlic
Ginger @keyafoods
Soy sauce @chingssecret
Chilli bean sauce by @leekumkee.india
Salt as per taste

Method:
In a wok spray some oil.
Now add veggies and tofu.
Add the seasonings and sauce,mix add little water and cover and cook for 2 mins.
Now add noodles,soy sauce and salt.
Mix and cook everything together.
Once done serve hot!!🍜
