As we made Clotted Cream now it’s time to use that buttermilk in making English Scones to organise your very own British High Tea or Cornish Tea
The jam I’m using is Stute Strawberry Jam for diabetics It’s sweetened with Sorbitol which is not the best of keto sweeteners but if you really want jam this gives a keto option. For more information about sorbitol I suggest this article by Martina from KetoDiet App

Nutritional Values per scone: 334 calories, 5g carbs (7g fibre), 27gfat, 22g protein

INGREDIENTS

150g almond flour fine

100g almond meal

70g sukrin gold

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 xanthan gum

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

75ml buttermilk

1 large egg

60g butter softened
