Season your oxtails with salt, pepper, garlic powder

Cook Oxtail in pot to create a nice sear

Add onions, tomato, jalapeno and cooking wine

Add water to fill up and cover the bones

Add ginger and soy sauce

Season soup and taste as you go with soy sauce, a pinch of salt, garlic powder, pepper

Boil on low heat until meat is tender (can take 5-6 hours unless you have a slow cooker etc)

Add your favorite veggies once the meat is soft

Enjoy with your favorite veggies and noods!
