Ingredients:
Boiling vegetables:
Carrot- 1 (medium sized)
Potato- 2 (medium sized)
Beetroot- 1/2 of one medium sized
Cauliflower- 1/2 of one medium sized
Green peas- 1/2 cup
Salt- to taste
Water- Just till the veggies immerse completely
Pressure cook- 4-5 whistles
Bhaji:
Butter- 40-50 grams
Oil- 2 tbsp
Onion- 1 (large sized)(fine chopped)
Capsicum- 1 (medium sized)(fine chopped)
Tomato- 2 (large sized)(fine chopped)
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Green chilli paste- 1 tbsp (adjust to spice)
Soaked kashmiri red chilli paste- 2 tbsp (soaked 20 mins in hot water & grind)/(Can also add kashmiri red chilli powder instead)
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Pav bhaji masala- 2 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Add in cooked veggies along with water
Coriander leaves- Handfull
Add water and mash well until flowing consistency
(Repeat this process 2-3 times)
Pav:
Add butter, coriander leaves and bhaji masala
Toast pav buns on both sides
