Ingredients we used (baked at 360degrees for 1 hour)
2 cups Good Culture cottage cheese (they used home made)
3 eggs
3 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup flax seed meal (we did not have whole flax seeds)
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
Notes: Bread was very wet, we liked it though. We would maybe bake it longer, or thinly slice and put on a tray in the oven to dry the pieces out a bit before toasting.
Ran this through a calculator and this loaf has approx 76 total carbs, 37 net carbs, and 150g of protein. We estimate we could get at least 10 slices, so 3.7 net carbs per slice.
