You know when you’re at work or at college and you’ve literally got nothing to cook with or just have no time? Yet you still want a filling, healthy, high protein meal?
It’s not impossible.

This one is an exciting one as this was an idea after having a convo with several of my co-workers and me needing them to know… you don’t need to sarifice health for convenience.
So I bring to you – 3 amazing meals that require literally NO cooking at all. I tried to keep these as budget friendly as well because otherwise might as well just get takeout.

I know they’re all technically salad but you can serve all of these inside a wrap, make them into tacos, serve it ontop or mix in rice – whatever you decide!
