Tadke Wale Chia Oats

Method
– soak 2 tbs chia seeds for half an hour
– In a bowl, Take 2 cups of yogurt
– Add 1/2 cup water
– And mix everything well and adjust the consistency
– Then add soaked chia seeds
– add medium size finely chopped cucumber
– add 2 green chillies finely chopped
– add some coriander leaves
– And some pomegranate
– Mix everything well
– In a pan, take 1 cup instant oats
– Dry roast them & let it cool down first
– Once cool down add the oats into curd mixture too
– Mix everything and add Salt
– Now to prepare tadka (optional), take some oil or ghee
– add 1 tsp mustard seeds (rai), 2 tsp Urad Dal and 2 dry red chillies
– add 1 tbs raw peanuts and 6-7 cashew pieces
– add few curry leaves and a pinch of asafoetida
– Once tadka is ready, pour it over the chia oats curd mixture
– mix everything well and enjoy room temperature or cold.
