Ingredients & Process:
1 Cup Chana/ Chola But
Soak For 6 Hours Or Overnight
Wash Well
Boil Some Water
Pour Chola
Cook Until Softened
Strain From The Water
Chola Masala Mix:
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Coriander
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Salt
1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
1/4 Cup Water
Mix Well
Keep Aside
2 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Cumin
Masala Mix
Cook For 1 Min.
Add Boiled Chana/Chola
Cook For 5-6 Min.
Keep Aside
1 Cup Boiled Potato
1/2 Cup Cucumber
1/2 Cup Tomato
3 Tbsp Onion
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Mix Well
