INGREDIENTS:
Boiled potatoes 2 medium sized
Boiled Eggs 3
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Red chilli flakes 1 & 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Maida 2 tbsp
Water 4-5 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
METHOD:
1. Grate Boiled potatoes and eggs
2. Add coriander leaves chopped ,red chilli flakes, Oregano, Pepper powder and salt to it .
Mix and Mash it well.
3. Take z portion of the mixture and shape it into a roll .Keep it aside.
4. In a bowl add maida , red chilli flakes and a pinch of salt. Mix it well then add water and mix well without lumps to make a slurry.
5. Dip prepared roll into the slurry and then roll it in the bread crumbs.
6. Drop the prepared rolls into hot oil and fry them on low to medium flame untill golden brown and crispy from both sides.
7. Once its done remove from the oil and serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
