HOW TO MAKE SOYA CUTLETS/KABAB/TIKKI/SNACK
INGREDIENTS :-
200 gm Soya chunks
6 to 7 chopped garlic
2 to 3 chopped green chilly
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 to 3 tsp oil for shallow frying
Serve Soya cutlet or kabab with sauce or any chutney you like.
