1 cup water
1 lime or 1/2 lemon juiced
1 majool date pitted
1 tsp chickpea miso
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp minced ginger
Dash of Cayenne pepper to taste
1/4 tsp sea salt
Makes 1.5 cups.
