Hello dear friends, Welcome to Top Chefs! In this video, we’ll show you how to make a delicious and nutritious Quinoa Salad with Pasta that’s perfect for any meal. Packed with fresh vegetables and a zesty dressing, this salad is not only easy to prepare but also a great option for meal prep or a light lunch.
Ingredients:
1 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1 red onion
Lettuce leaves
Pinch of salt and black pepper
1 lime juice
1 tbsp of Pomegranate balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp of olive oil
100 gr Pasta fusilli (your choice)
100 gr Quinoa
50 gr feta cheese
Some Walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the quinoa and pasta according to package instructions.
2. Chop the vegetables and mix them in a large bowl.
3. Combine the quinoa and pasta with the veggies.
4. For dressing squeeze lime and add olive oil, black pepper, pomegranate balsamic vinegar.
5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
