DESCRIPTION
California west coast cuisine meets Beyond burger in this insatiable plant-based burger recipe.

INGREDIENTS
4 Beyond Meat burgers
4 burger buns
1 cup fresh sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, mung bean, etc).
1 head bib lettuce, cleaned and split into individual leaves
1 roma tomato, sliced
Garlic guacamole
Kiwi salsa
Kiwi Pomegranate Salsa
4 kiwis, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1/2 lime juiced
1/4 cup cilantro
Garlic Guacamole
1 avocado
3 cloves garlic
1/2 lime, juiced
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of smoked paprika

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the guacamole by removing the seed from the avocado and mashing together with minced garlic, lime, a pinch of salt, and paprika.
Prepare the kiwi pomegranate salsa by small dicing the kiwi, then mixing with the pomegranate seeds, cilantro, and minced ginger.
Set aside all of your burger toppings: sprouts, lettuce, sliced tomato, guacamole, and salsa.
Toast your burger buns in the oven or toaster oven.
Grill the Beyond Meat burgers for 3 minutes on each side; if using Trifecta a la carte Beyond burgers, heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Build your burger and dig in!
NOTES
Microwave Trifecta patty instructions: microwave for 2 minutes to reheat, by making a small hole in the corner to allow steam to escape. Carefully remove plastic film and keep warm until needed.
