Ingredients:

Main Protein: Chicken

Marinade and Sauce

Calamansi
Soy Sauce (of any brand)
Dark Soy Sauce (of any brand)
Pepper
Bay Leaf
*You can opt to oyster sauce for sweetness

Vegetables
Carrots
Potato
Banana
Garlic
Onion

Step 1: Marinade the chicken with calamansi, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Peel and slice the carrots, potatoes, and banana

Step 3: Fry your potatoes, carrots and banana, and then set them aside once cooked

Step 4: In the same pan, fry the marinated chicken and slowly add the marinate sauce.

Step 5: Once the chicken is cooked, add the vegetables, together with the garlic and onion.

Step 6: When the sauce thickens, you can add green chili (optional). Best served with rice.
