👉 Ingredients & Recipe (2 servings):
✔ ½ cup quinoa
✔ ¼ cup red, yellow, and green bell peppers (chopped)
✔ ¼ cup cucumber (chopped)
✔ ¼ cup tomatoes (chopped)
✔ 2 tbsp onion (chopped)
✔ 2 tbsp fresh cilantro/mint (optional)
iceberg/lettuce
1/4th cup sweet corns
1 carrot
1 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup Zuchinni
1/4cup beans

🔹 Dressing:
✔ 2 tbsp olive oil
✔ 1 tbsp lemon juice
✔ ½ tsp black pepper powder
✔ ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
✔ ½ tsp salt
✔ 1 tsp honey/maple syrup (optional)

📌 Method:
1️⃣ Rinse quinoa thoroughly and cook with 1 cup water for 12-15 minutes on medium heat. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
2️⃣ Chop all the veggies.
parboil and chill broccoli,beans,carrot,corns.
3️⃣ Mix all dressing ingredients.
4️⃣ Combine quinoa, veggies, and dressing in a bowl and mix well.
5️⃣ Serve fresh or refrigerate for a chilled version.
