1 table spoon butter

– Lemon Garlic Salmon –
2LBS SALMON
1/2 STICK OF BUTTER
1 CUP SWEET CHILI SAUCE
1 TLBS HONEY
SQUEEZE OF LEMON
1/2 TLBS MINCED GARLIC
SEASON SALMON WITH
GARLIC POWDER
ONION POWDER
MRS DASH TABLE BLEND
ITALIAN STUFFED SALMON
– Garlic Butter Steak –
2 inch ribeye
3 minced garlic cloves
garlic powder
salt
curry powder
butter
pepper
– Roasted Green Beans –
fresh green beans
chicken broth powder
onion powder
garlic powder
salt to taste
olive oil
The CRISPY Orange Roughy 🍅🥬🐟🧅🧄
2 cups cornmeal ( optional )
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
1 pack of sazon
1/2 tbs minced onion
1 tbs ground/dried mustard
MIX IN BOWL AND COAT FISH
THE KEY IS TO ADD A PAD OF BUTTER ON TO EACH PIECE OF FISH FOR CRISPINESS!! IF YOU DON’T WANT AS MUCH CRUNCH, USE ONLY THE SEASONINGS ,MINUS THE CORN MEAL WITH THE SAME METHOD.

BAKE ON 350 FOR 20 MIN
AIR FRIED
COOK ON 400 FOR 10 MIN
The SWEET & SPICY Orange Roughy
Season THE FISH and MIXED VEGGIES with:
garlic and herb Mrs. Dash
onion powder
garlic powder
salt to taste
The SAUCE
1/2 stick of VEGAN BUTTER
2.5 cups of SWEET CHILI sauce
1 tbs minced garlic OR 6 garlic cloves
1 tbs HONEY
1 ts LEMON juice
The CABBAGE:
1 head of cabbage
2 pads of butter
1 tbs of minced garlic
1 green bell pepper chopped
2 sweet red peppers chopped
2 sweet orange peppers chopped
2 sweet yellow peppers chopped
1/2 large red onion
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs chicken broth powder ( contains salt )
1 tbS salad supreme seasoning
2 tbs curry powder
