🍽️ Ingredients
1 liter curd (makes ~500g hung curd)
3 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp elaichi (cardamom) powder
¼ tsp jaifal (nutmeg) powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
8-10 kesar (saffron) strands, soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk
Fruits (chopped):
1 banana (~100g)
1 small apple (~100g)
½ cup grapes (~75g)
1 chikoo (~50g)
1 tbsp chopped almonds & walnuts

📝 Step-by-Step Recipe (Easy to Follow)
1️⃣ Prepare Hung Curd – Drain curd in a muslin cloth for 4-5 hours (or overnight).
2️⃣ Infuse Kesar – Soak saffron in warm milk for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Prepare Base – Whisk hung curd with sugar, elaichi, jaifal, cinnamon & kesar milk.
4️⃣ Chop Fruits – Cut banana, apple, grapes & chikoo into small pieces.
5️⃣ Mix Everything – Fold fruits & nuts into the curd mixture.
6️⃣ Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for 30 minutes & enjoy cold!
