✳️ Ingredients for Cheesecake:
907g (4 Cup) Plain or Vanilla Nonfat Greek Yogurt
224g (1 Cup) Fat Free Cream Cheese
3 Scoops Cookies Butter or Vanilla Protein Powder
36g (3 tbsp) Confectioners Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
14g (2 tbsp) Sugar Free/Fat Free Butterscotch or Vanilla Pudding Mix

3 Biscoff Cookies, Crushed
Biscoff Cookies on Top (*optional*)
✳️ Directions:
1. Grab extra large mixing bowl (*this recipe is for both bowls…you can also 1/2 ingredients).
2. Add ingredients for cheesecake. Mix well (I used an electric whisk). Add to fridge for 1+ hours (6+ hours for the thickest texture).
