Recipe:
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
5 Tbsp peanut butter powder
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c chocolate chips (I used dark!)
2 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Sea salt (optional)
1. Add protein powder, peanut butter powder and applesauce together to make filling. Press into silicone molds and place in freezer for at least 30 min.
2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Use fork to dip eggs and bunnies into chocolate, shake excess and put on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Please back in freezer for at least 15 minutes.
4. Enjoy and try to just have one! These are vegan, gluten free, and without preservatives or artificial ingredients.
