Easy 5 minutes breakfast
Hey!
if you live alone and don’t have time to indulge in a full fledged cooking, this is how you can kickstart your day on a good note!
Ingredients-
Serves – 1
Eggs – 2
Onion – half small chopped
Green chilli – 1
Coriander Leaf – (optional)
Red- green sauce – 1 tsp each
Salt to taste
Chilli Flakes
*mix well
Process-
1. Add oil to a heated pan, then drop your egg mixture, and let it cook on low flame for 1minute.
2. After that scramble it, let it cook for 20-30 seconds, and turn off the heat.
3. Enjoy with toast, or anything of your choice, serve hot.
