Easy Todler Friendly Scrambled Egg Salad

1. Add vegetables of your choice.

I have added one onion, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 carrot and 1/4th of cabbage

2. Take a pan add some butter and add 2 eggs. Cover and cook it for 1 minute. Now scramble the eggs and add some pepper powder and salt.

3. Now add these eggs to the salad.

For the dressing.

Take 5 tbsp curd. Add some cumin powder, salt, pepper powder, and 1/2 lemon juice.

Mix it. Pour it on your salad and enjoy.
