HEALTHY COOKIES 🍪
Easy and delicious treat for a snack at home or at work when craving something sweet but healthy.
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 bananas
• 100gr. coconut flour
• 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
• 1 dark chocolate bar
PREPARATION:
• In a bowl mash 2 bananas.
• Add coconut flour and cacao powder.
• Mix it all together until you get a combined mixture.
• Take about 1 tbsp full of the mixture and make a bowl with your hands, then flatten it a bit and make a little indentation in the middle (as shown in the video).
• Arrange the cookies in a casserole covered with baking paper.
• On top of cookies, in the indentation in the middle, put a piece of dark chocolate.
• Bake cookies in a preheated oven on 200°C for 10 minutes.
• Let them cool a bit, then they are ready to serve and eat.
