1. 3/4 cup whole wheat grains (soaked and boiled)
2. 1 Pc Sweet pepper (orange color) Chopped
3. 1/2 cup sweet corn
4. 1 pc tomato Chopped
5. 1 pc green chili
6. 1/4 cup pomegranate
7. 1/4 cup parsley
8. 1/2 cup black and green olives
9. optional (carrots, mint, lemon zist)
Dressing

1. Balsamic Vinegar
2. Dijon Mustard
3. Kapers
4. Sea salt
5. Black pepper
6. Garlic olive oil
