Kimchi “Fried” rice
Ingredients
200g of rice
1 cup of Kimchi
2 Tbsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of soy sauce (optional)
1 egg (optional)
2 slices of cheese (optional)
How to:
1. Soak your rice in water for at least 20 mins.
2. Make sure the water level is just above the rice and add sliced kimchi and sesame oil.
(You can use scissors)
3. Microwave for 12 mins. Mix well and microwave for another 2 mins.
4. Add eggs and cheese before resting it for 5 min.
5. Mix well and enjoy!
