Banana Bread Oatmeal Recipe:
1 servings:
1/2 cup quick 1 minute oatmeal
1/2 cup milk (soy, almond or regular)
1/2 banana sliced
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
sprinkle of walnuts
sweetener

Place the oatmeal in a microwave safe bowl and add the milk (i added a bit more since the original recipe made the oatmeal dry) –
microwave for 1-2 minutes
add the slice bananas and mash with a fork
Then sprinkle all the dry ingredients: cinnamon, walnuts and i used raw sugar — you can garnish with whipped cream for a more delicious breakfast 🙂
