Weight loss Daliya Tofu Salad

Ingredients:
Daliya (raw) – 50g (boiled)
Onion – 40g (finely chopped)
Tomato – 40g (chopped)
Cucumber – 100g (diced)
Tofu – 100g (cubed)
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Fresh coriander – a handful (chopped)

For the Dressing:
Juice of half a lemon
Chaat masala – to taste
Chilli flakes – to taste
Black salt – to taste
Mint powder – a pinch
Black pepper – to taste

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add the boiled daliya.
Add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli, and tofu.
In a separate bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything well.
Add fresh coriander, give it a final mix, and serve immediately.

Weight gain Jaggery Daliya Bowl

Ingredients:
Daliya (raw) – 50g (boiled)
Full cream milk – 200ml (warm or room temperature)
Jaggery – 50g (grated or chopped)
Almonds – 10g (chopped)
Peanut butter – 30g

Instructions:

In a bowl, add the boiled daliya.
Pour in the milk and stir gently.
Add jaggery and peanut butter mix until smooth and creamy.
Top with chopped almonds, mix again, and enjoy
