High Protein Spread

This creamy spread packed with protein is one of my all-time favorites—especially when made with homemade paneer! 🙌 And it’s healthier than any packaged ones.

Perfect as a spread for sandwiches, wraps, or whatever you’re craving – I can have it with almost anything 😀

Ingredients:
– 1 cup Homemade Paneer
– 3 Garlic cloves
– 1 Green Chilli
– 2 Ice cubes
– 1 tsp Olive Oil
– Salt to taste
– 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
– 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
– 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped

Method:
– Blend together homemade paneer, garlic, green chilli, ice, olive oil and salt into a smooth paste
– Mix in chilli flakes, herbs and coriander and use as a spread or serve as a dip!
