INGREDIENTS
350g flour 5g yeast 50g sugar 170ml milk 1 egg 15ml vegetable oil 300g canned beans 150g Ham Green onion

METHOD
Mix flour with yeast and sugar in a bowl.
Mix milk, egg, oil in another bowl and add it to the flour mixture.
Mix until you have a dough and let stand for an hour.
Pour the beans into a bowl, add diced ham, green onion and mix.
Flatten the dough until you get a rectangle. Brush with oil.
Fold the dough and flatten again.
Spread the bean mixture over the dough.
Then fold onto itself and flatten again.
Cut several squares and bake for 25 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
