I N G R E D I E N T S :
• for Aloo Mixture –
1/2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp hing @catch_foods
1 tbsp ginger + garlic + chilli paste
3 boiled potatoes (mashed)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Some fresh coriander
1/2 lemon juice
• for Garlic Paste –
10-12 garlic cloves
1 tbsp air fried bhujiya
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
• for Sandwich –
2 protein bread slice
50gm grilled low fat paneer
Green Chutney
