INGREDIENTS
•1+ cup Greek yogurt
•1/2 cup protein powder (I used coconut whey from legion – code 2XW) https://legionathletics.com/products/supplements/whey-protein-powder/?r=26ygo&utm_campaign=bc&utm_medium=athlete&utm_source=26ygo
•2 tbsp pistachio spread
•2-3 sliced strawberries
•4-5 halved grapes
•1/2 tbsp shredded coconut
•1/2 tbsp kataifi
•1/2 tbsp chopped chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
•Mix your yogurt, protein powder and pistachio spread before spreading on a parchment lined freezer safe dish
•Add your toppings, and freeze for a few hours until set before enjoying!
