Today’s video is something a little different but I’m hoping you all enjoy it, basically me sharing with you some typical meals I will eat throughout the day/week when trying to eat more healthier and balanced! I’m definitely not saying I eat this OR this healthy every day (i can promise you that) but I thought it would be fun to make a video surrounding some of the personal diet choices I’m trying to adjust into my lifestyle, as I want this channel to reflect as much about me as possible! All ingredients will be listed down below, let me know if you try any of these or any of your go-to healthy meal ideas as I’m always keen to try new ones (I find eating healthy easier when I have more choice!)
