Monday Recipe – Veg Seviyan
Seviyan roasted in Ghee
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1tsp
Curry Patta – 5 to 6
Onion – 1 Small
Carrot – 2tbsp
Matar – 1/4th cup
Capsicum- 2 tbsp
Salt – 1tsp
Haldi – 1 tsp
Red Chilli – 1/2 tsp

Tuesday Recipe – Veg Cutlets

Potato – 2 (Boiled)
Carrot – 2tbsp
Beans – 2 tbsp
Boiled Matar – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1tsp
Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Bread – 1 piece
Bread Crumps
Oil – to fry

Wednesday Recipe – Beetroot Burger

Potato – 2 medium size (Boiled)
Beetroot – 2tbsp
Salt – 1tsp
Black Pepper – 1/4th tsp
Chaat masala – 1tsp
Bread Crumbs – 1/2 cup
Butter
Cabbage – 4tbsp
Capsicum – 2tbsp
Onion – 3tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/4th tsp
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
Burger Bun
Suce – 1tbsp
